Building Description
Legends is a university-run club that has live acts everyday of the week. Musicians of all popularities and genres, from student bands to acts such as Chairmen of the Board, can be found performing inside. Legends is located in the parking lot of Doughton, Cannon, and Hoey dormitories off of Highway 321, and is the farthest point on the east side of campus. Legends is the only place on school grounds permitting alcohol; if you are of age, you may bring in a six pack of beer or bottle of wine per person
History
Legends was once an Ingles grocery store but has since been converted into a club run by Appalachian State. Here students can listen to music and comedy acts, the same place that once featured artists such as Outkast, Jimmy Fallon, and Dave Matthews Band before they got their big breaks

- Legends is the only location on campus that permits the use of alcohol. A person 21 years of age may bring a six-pack of beer (72 ounces) or a bottle of wine (750ml).

- Pool tables can be found in the back, and a deposit of $0.75 is required to play a round

- Show attendees may smoke outside in the designated smoking area. Access is granted with a pass given at the exit to ensure that only those having paid for tickets may re-enter
