Durham Park

Building Description

Durham Park is located at the intersection of Rivers Street and Highway 321. There are several cements walkways that snake through the park, even a gazebo can be found on the site. Most of the park wraps around the southern part of campus, guarding dormitories and classroom buildings

History

Durham Park was officially named in June of 2004. It was named after Harvey R. Durham who served ASU for 39 years and was the acting provost before becoming the interim chancellor. Harvey R. Durham retired June 30th, 2004. Today, the park is used primarily by students for studying, walking, and running
