Building Description
This 236, 4 story, Co-ed apartment complex was constructed in 1995. The first floor includes a central courtyard and a central laundry room. All apartments open to an outside corridor. There are two types of apartments: Townhouse apartments and Single-level apartments. Townhouses house 5 students and consist of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 living area with a full kitchen. Single-level apartments are shared by 2-6 students and consist of 2-3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. To ensure resident safety, this building contains a multi-zone fire alarm system, fire sprinkler system, digital security camera system and 24-hour information/security desk. The Kelly House Apartment Community is only available to upperclassmen.
