American Music Research Center
Building Description
The American Music Research Center offices are located in Macky Auditorium on the second floor. AMRC is part of the University Libraries and College of Music. It preserves American music and makes these records available to the public. It sponsors concerts and other activities centering on American music year round.
History
The AMRC moved from Dominican College in San Rafael to the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1989.

- Macky Auditorium
- The AMRC offices are located on the second floor of Macky Auditorium, rooms 229 F-H. Macky Auditorium has a large performance auditorium, a small art gallery, and other offices. The AMRC collections are housed in the Music Library and Macky Auditorium.
