Cons: Busy at nights
Review: I had never been to On the Border before last year, yet I'm glad my friends suggested that we eat there. It was a little further than some other places in Chapel Hill, but it was worth the extra 5 minutes once we got there. The servers are awesome and friendly, as are the bartenders. I highly recommend heading out to On the Border!
