The Blatt Physical Education Center

Building Description

The Blatt P.E. Center, the University's original fitness center, dates to the early 1970s but was renovated in 2005. It now features a state-of-the-art weight room and other new equipment. Blatt is a free workout facility for students, faculty, and staff. It also houses some of the Department of Exercise Science's faculty and researchers. The Solomon Blatt Physical Education Center is available to all USC students, faculty, staff with a valid USC-Columbia ID Card. Dependants may utilize the facility with a current family membership to the Blatt PE Center.
