Dawson Hall
Building Description
Dawson Hall was opened in 1932 initially as a facility to house the School of Economics. More recently the Dawson hall is used to house the Family and Consumer Sciences programs. The building has many teaching facilities and research laboratories. The official entrance of the hall is characterized by large pillars that are known as Pou’s Pillars in honor of the late Dean Emily Pou.
