Demosthenian Hall

Building Description

The Demosthenian hall is named after the famous Greek orator and was opened in 1824. The hall is home to the extemporaneous speaking club at the university. The club has had many notable alumni and members must undergo a grueling application process. The building is the fourth oldest building on campus and was renovated in 1997.
