Thai Gai Yang Café is one of the best Thai restaurants in St. Louis. With extremely cheap entrees cooked to a spicy perfection, it’s hard to find a better deal for both your wallet and your palette. Although the surroundings do not have the clichéd exotic décor, the wait staff is extremely nice.
