Drama Library

Building Description

The Drama Library holds more than 30,000 volumes, including plays by American, British and foreign playwrights. Special items in the collection include files of scene designs from the Crawford Collection and more than 80,000 theatrical prints. The library also has a large archive of the Yale Repertory Theatre production material, including scripts, production books, programs, reviews, photographs, posters and dramaturgical production notebooks. It is located in the University Theatre building, and students of the School of Drama are free to use the collections.
